With over 20 years as a water well contractor, I have developed the most comprehensive well inspection in the region. We do a through productivity test and full inspection of plumbing and electric. Unlike other well drillers out there, I am also a General Contractor. I've been active in real estate for over 30 years! I know the escrow process and I know the CAR form.

Yes! That is actually a FROG that was living inside the client's water well. It was actually a family of frogs that had made thier home in the well due to a broken well casing ... and yes... they had been drinking the water!
Hand - Dug wells are usually over 100 years old and are found across Southern Californa. Generally grandfathered in by the County, they present thier own unique health and safety hazards. This one is 36" in diameter and 60ft deep! DEATH TRAP for children and pets!
This well was actually 15 feet below grade in the middle of a riverbed. Mudslides and earth movement caused the surrounding grade to become elevated over the years!
Newer modern wells like this one drilled in 2020 are genrally safe, but still should be tested for productivity and bacteria.

I started the company years ago as a one-man operation with just a pickup truck, trailer mounted drilling rig and my 6 year old son as my helper! Over the years, “me” became “we” as I grew through strategic alliances and partnerships with the company topping several million dollars in assets and 3 full sized drilling rigs running on a daily basis. As time passed, age began to take its toll on all of us; my partners encountered several medical challenges and eventually retired. Choosing not to sink myself into new debt, I have elected to keep the company small and scale back from the "we" to just me – and my now much older son. Back to the basics, we commit to personalized service, fair prices an honest hard days work.
